Once we receive your garment for service, you will receive an email confirmation from us. Please wait patiently – when your repair is complete, we will inform you again by email about the repair cost and package shipment. It is not possible to continuously check the status of your repair or tell you in advance exactly when the repair will be completed. We send repaired products back as cash-on-delivery packages via GLS to your address or to a pickup point (specify in the service form).
