Superior warranty period

The warranty period of 4 years from the purchase of the product covers obvious or hidden defects caused by the use of defective materials or improper manufacturing process. A defect cannot be considered a change in the characteristics of the product that has occurred during the warranty period as a result of wear and tear, improper use, or improper intervention or treatment. The warranty period is not to be confused with the normal service life of the product. The buyer shall make a claim without undue delay immediately after the defect has been discovered in the shop or online shop where the goods were purchased.

Post-warranty service and repairs

We are able to repair your products even after the warranty has ended. If you are interested in having your items repaired, please contact as at info@tilak.cz for details.

3. Type of damage and photos of the damaged items
